Nice desk, comfortable chair, pc or laptop w/ necessary software, printer, fax, copier, scanner, mouse &pad, external HD or many flash drives, CD/DVD/RW drive, webcam, phone landline (two if dedicated fax), calculator, pads &pens, lamp, maybe a headset if you’ll be on the phone a lot. That should get you started.

A computer system with high speed Internet (typically DSL or cable).   You might get by with dial-up speed but then you need a second phone line.  Probably a laptop would be best; you may want to take it elsewhere.  I'd get a combo printer/fax/scanner/copier.  You'll want supplies of paper and ink.

You probably want a desk with at least one file drawer; you may want a file cabinet.
