I don't think so. And even if it did, I suspect the effects would be only temporary.

Actually, douching is not encouraged because it plays havoc with your body's natural system. If you have an infection, your doctor is the best one to prescribe a cure. If you just feel unclean, you might look into changing your clothing style (switch to cotton undies) or hygeine habits.

If your sex partner has complained that you are not very tight, the best way to change that is by doing Kegels.

I have no idea why AnnaSparkysMom thought that I'd have an answer for this question. I've met a few tight vaginas in my day, but I have no idea what alum is.
