altoona service center made a mistake on my notice of financial dertermination not putting in 2 quarters of earnings in the appropiate boxes NOW..harrisburg  put a hold on my account AND THEY OWE ME FIVE WEEKS.. of income I HAVE MADE OVER 15 PHONE CALLS TO THE ALTOONA OFFICE ONLY TO HEAR " SORRY...its harrisburgs problem there is nothing we as a service center can do!!!

to top that off my husband lost his job after 25 years without any indication that it was going to happen our house is in bankrupcy and I need MY MONEY TO PAY THE BILLS they owe me 1000.00

i cannot miss a payment to the trustee or my house gets foreclosed on!!! who can help me

and no one cares not the customer service people the supervisors or the managers. They just say call back in 2 days I  have been doing this for 6 weeks now...and still no money  help!!!!
