You play too many games with your own head. Stop doing that.

My guess is that you see yourself unworthy of love. That there most therefor be something deeply wrong with any girl who shows any real interest in you.

Stop that.

You are worthy of love. You are far more interesting then you think.

They are not nearly as angelic and perfect as you think.

Be willing to meet in the middle. Be wiling to maybe be laughed at/with.

Practice makes perfect. Get out there, fall down. get hurt. You'll live.
