What is allowed in medical records?

Are doctors allowed to place negative personal feelings about you in your medical record?  I was looking through some of my old medical records and it is really obvious that this doctor just Did Not Like Me!

Hi,

   I'm an RN in a hospital and doctors are not supposed to write something in your chart that makes him seem not to like you,  I have not heard of anything like that.  They usually write some vital signs , the diagnosis, the treatment and the nursing care.

   If you're bothered by this, talk to that doctor and let him know why you think he does not like you.  If you don't get any satisfactory answer, then take the chart to the CEO of the hospital and show it to him.

Be honest and be true to yourself.
