The alia law group charges on a per client basis I believe. I used their service after stumbling upon their website online looking for foreclosure solutions. I am so glad I did. I was charged less than $3000 total for their services in the end. It was a small price to pay to be able to keep my home and finally get a mortgage I can afford. I will definitely be sending them a Christmas card this year!
