Alaska Airlines has flights to Santa Rosa (STS) from Los Angeles, Portland, San Diego, Seattle.  If that's not convenient, you can fly to San Francisco or Oakland and take a shuttle bus to Santa Rosa (Sonoma County Airport Express).
