Can you please try to set up IM Forwarding again for your account to see if this works? First, please text "clear" to 265022. This will erase your IM Forwarding preferences. Then, please visit http://mobile.aol.com/sms-txt/IM-Forwarding/ and click SIGN IN/REGISTER to begin the registration process
