AIM signs me out

AIM signs me out and I'm never aware until someone I'm chatting with tells me I logged out a number of times. Recently I've logged out three times, and I'm not the one manually logging myself out. Is this because there's something wrong with the program itself? I'm able to surf the net, as it logs me out, so it's not MY internet connection. My connection speed is very good, and always has full bars. I've tried uninstalling, and re-installing the program, but from what I'm told it seems to have gotten worse. Fix your software, AIM, I read online that this is a widespread problem, and I'm not the only one who's having problems using your system. You should at least look into this problem.
