I wouldn't say there is a specific age for someone to have a first kiss... if the person in question is someone u care about and you feel comfortable with, go for it.

Age isn't relative, but the manner of the kiss is. Had my first kiss when I was 12, but no tongue. Just a kiss, on the lips. Perfectly OK. The heavy duty kissing you'd better save for much older when you are more responsible and ready to have sex, protected of course!

I was 17 years old when I had my first kiss! I was so glad that I waited too! So I don't think it's as important to set an age but rather, I think it's important that you wait for the right person to come along.
