You are with a man who is physically abusive. You btwo broke up and then foolishly you got back together.  I tried to read your long sad story but really  - what is the point?  It all boils down to the fact that you are with an abusive man and you don't seem to mind.  You want to know why he doesn't treat you more respectfully?  Honey, he doesn't care.   His daughter is going to do what she wants to do.  If she walks on you and you complain - what is he going to do to help you?  Nothing.  HE DOESN'T CARE.  Got it now?  I didn't read the second half but I think it doesn't matter. It all comes down to the fact that he doesn't care. He can treat you like dog doo and you stay and take it.  Have you asked yourself Why?
