Adobe Flash Player Settings - pop-up won't go away

I have an "Adobe Flash Player Settings" pop-up that won't go away. It's asking for permission to expand storage on my computer. But I can't click on anything and the pop-up is still there when I start a new chat session. How do I get rid of it?

How to get rid of Adobe Flash Player Settings Popup?

Maybe your not keeping Adobe Flash Player updaated. Even if you remove Adobe you may still have your problem. For Windows 7 and Vista - Start - Control Panel - Program and Features. I wouldn't remove Adobe, update and see if that helps.
