nys dmv I recently violated the insurance code. I filed with geico. I made a payment by automated system. They refuse to lookin any of their records. My insurance lapsed when it should of not. When calling around for auto insurance all insurance companies said that they get a lot of people that this happens to. How can I file a complaint about geico? Thank you

If you made an automated payment, then YOU will have a record in either your checking account or in your card statement if you paid by card.    Find the payment, and then contact your state insurance commissioner and file a complaint.

THAT WHICH DOESN'T KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER. Bull. Reality is, it will usually hurt like hell and leave you with a permanent limp.
