I have the same remote for my bed, and it just stopped working one day.  I tried, in vain, to get some answers and nobody could help me.  After about a week, it just started working again.  

Now it's six months later, and the same thing again.  I'm trying to find a replacement, but get no where.  I'm going to wait the week and see what happens.

If you get any answers, please let me know.
