Terms of Address vary between courts I believe. Magistrates are not elected Judges: they are appointed by the Bar Association to fill in as Judges. Adress them as "Sir" or "Madam" as the case may be. So with Court Commissioners. They are attorneys with specific training appointed by the Court to deal with lesser matters than those that go before a jury.
In any case be respectful. "Anonymous" (obviously Physicalist-dfrogpong) would like nothing more than to see you get 90 days for contempt of court. That is well within their authority.
Rocmike you went before a judge to be declared insane an put away.
