Address Bar is empty on second website I try to visit after initial login to AOL.

Why is the address bar empty the second time I try to go to a website after initially signing on to AOL.  The first website always works, and then after logging off and re-logging in to AOL I have no trouble getting into multiple websites.

The problem is that the second website I try to go to always fails and the address bar does not keep the information when I try to go to the second website.

Hi, Ken: I apologize, but I'm not quite sure I understand your question. Can you provide me with a few more details?

1. Did this just start to happen or has this always been a problem?

2. Are you using the AOL Desktop software and, if so, what version are you using?

Thank you for the additional information.

Hi, Ken: Thanks for letting me know. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software?

I downloaded an update of the most current aol and it did not correct. I did not want to uninstall my current aol totally because I would loose my favorites and other settings.  Problem is still there after update.  Any other suggestions?
