Just adding on to the question I asked you earlier, I have had this issue multiple times, and each time, the solution was "Stay off AIM for 24 hours". First off, is this still the solution to the problem? If so, does that mean that I must stay off all of my accounts for 24 hours (since I have multiple accounts), or do I just stay off the affected account?
