how do babies act that are born to parents that were addicted to oxycodon but quit 2 months prior to becoming pregnant

If you quit 2 months before becoming pregnant, the drugs would be out of your system, so it shouldn't affect the baby. But if you messed up your own system with all the drugs THAT could have affected the baby.

Using drugs while being pregnant is putting your baby at risk, it is right that you stopped. Just make sure never to have a relapse. You have the option to attend substance abuse programs, this will help you so much.

Not that I've ever heard, but I'm sure there should be. I have never been one to be tied to the TV. I love to read, surf the web, work in my gardens, hang out with friends, etc. I like TV but it is one thing that I can live without. Unless someone else in my house turns it on... mine stays off ...
