Add a new member cannot connect to IMAP server

I have tried to setup a new member name multiple times but to no avail.  It looks like it is available, but the verication won't go thru because is says it cannot connect to the IMAP server.

I even reinstalled the AOL software to see if that would work but it did not.

Can you help me add a new member?  The member I am trying to add is:

wcartisans@aol.com

Can you try creating the account through a web browser at mail.aol.com, instead of through the AOL software?
