How many actual miles did Jesus travel during his 3-year ministry?

I once heard a radio preacher site the number of miles Jesus traveled during His three-year ministry while here on earth. Unfortunately, I did not write down the information nor do I remember the preacher's name and time of his broadcast. Is there anyone else in the Yedda community who might know the actual miles Jesus 'walked' to deliver his message and perform his miracles? I need this information to embellish a speech I am making on the divine appointment of foreign missionaries.

In Jesus' day they mostly traveled by foot. Foot travelers could average about 16 miles a day.

The radio preacher must have been some preacher to recite the precise number of miles that Jesus traveled in those three years and 4 mos of his ministry, considering that he did not travel everyday. In some places he stayed for a while. He also traveled by ship on a number of occasions. To pinpoint the number of miles is nothing short of a miracle.Smile

If I were to assume that he traveled everyday, by foot for the 33 and 1/3 years, that would make the number of miles somewhere around  18,980 miles.

Be Blessed.

Be Blessed. Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity (Love), I am become as a sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vauneth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seekth not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth. And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is (Love) charity.

Hi. I've read about that. During his 3 years ministry Jesus walked about 3125 miles.

Hope that will help. Blessings. Manolo. Pastor in South Spain.

Hi Howard, Each airline will vary, but you can normally send off a copy of your ticket or boarding pass in order to claim the miles. Each airline will have a different limitation time so have a look at their website and see what they say. Good luck.

Picture of crossing to Jesus

Even non-busy ones in rural Kansas will appear the same. After all, He was fully human. Come to think of it, His eyesight was no doubt perfect, so He will see the crossing sharper and more clearly than some old farts with astigmatism, early cataracts, and bad myopia.
