Has anyone besides me had difficulty with World Financial Capital Bank adding Account Assure to your Blair account without your permission? I have and am getting "past due" bills for payment for this Account Assure being charged to my account on months when I do not order anything. I never asked for it, do not want it, do not intend to pay it, but am getting threatened by this bank!!!! I intend to fight it!

Yes I'm havin aproblem with brylane home, that is same thing,until 2005 I ask for many time what was that charge,they never nnew anything,when finaly I found Assure acc. they toldme that they going to return,I talked to day and they old me between 1 or two month. so that is a big fraud between that companys and that Bank,that use the money for invest other peoples money, with no interest.
Yes, I am having the same problem. I received a welcome package in December and immediately called and stated I did not want this. No problem Mrs. Hall we will remove that for you. Low and behold I check my statement this month and I have been charged every month for 3 months. I called and they have told me that I signed and returned their package that they mailed me confirming that I wanted the coverage! WOW! Now they will return one month as a courtesy and cancel the coverage from this date forward. But it could take up to two months for me to get my money back. Seriously WHAT A SCAM!!!!
Well actually I have had no problems with account assure! Actually when I lost my job last year they paid of my entire Blair, Brylane HOme, Spiegels, and woman within accounts! I dont know what I would of done with out it because I had no money coming in and did not qualify for u/e. So actually they ended up helping me in many ways and I asked if i had to pay them back and they advised me I didnt. Not to mention the people there are always very polite and if I need something they do help me asap!
So its not actually account assure threatening you its your bank....well hmm why are u taking it out on account assure. It can only be put on if you authorize it and also if you dont pay it for three months it closes out if you look in your disclosure statement it says it right there!
you need to bring it up with the WFNNB. i work for the company and all you have to do is call in and we can only unenroll u in the program but if you need it to be takin of of you bill you need to contact the actual company Account assure. 1-877-395-7152. hope this helps.
