Can't get to my account

I have been a club member for several years without any problems, but yesterday when I tried to log in I was told my user name was in use and I had to change the one I entered.  Yes, it is in use:  it's mine!

I made a mistake and took another name, but it gave me a new account without my tokens and my gems.  I never wanted a new name, and I do want to keep my tokens.  Please help!

Are you sure your Pass word was correct? Try logging on again maybe you hit a wrong key.
