Discuss Toby Seiler's answer to: According to Macchiavelli . . ..

According to Macchiavelli, "Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely." Overview of the index of perception of corruption, 2010. 9–10 6–6.9 3–3.9 8–8.9 ...

Most people ignore corruption in the courts.  That's like ignoring the biggest bully in the school.  The bastion of "truth" has become a den of thieves and liars.  Here's how:  under the policy of "alternative defenses", lawyers were given the go-ahead to lie in their pleadings.  No longer is one cogent defense a lawyer strategy...it has changed to the shotgun approach of throwing out conflicting and misleading pleadings that usually meet the definition of perjury.  If you don't like defence one...here is defense two, three, four and five. Just ignore that for one to be true...three four and five are false.

Only the victim suffers by taking otherwise simple cases and makes them complicated.  You pay for time and addressing each "alternative defense" takes time, driving your costs for your own attorney up...significantly.

Worse yet about this... is how it has opened the floodgates to JUDGE corruption, via kickbacks and political favors amongst a class that has virtually NO oversight.  They are free to use "fact" from one defense, co-mingle with "fact" from two three and four, ad in a legal citation from five and wallah...a ruling that is almost unrecognizable from the original complaint, misrepresents both the case and the "facts".  It's modern day black robe thievery...the most damaging form of bullying that all citizens are learning is OK.  If the Judge can lie and steal...

The author seems to be looking for a way to blame the current President for the ills of the US...but they are as old as the FED's 100 year old debt money system and as deep as the lieing court judge (who has no liability or accountability for defrauding his own court).

No one will argue (if you will forgive the term) that the law has gone astray.  Those lawyer jokes we hear are all true and it seems that to assure injustice we need only expect justice.  As corrupt as it is here is is far worse all over the rest of the world.

In Russia, there is no more the possibility of a fair trial now than there was under the corrupt Soviet system: it all boils down to who has political influence and the little guy always loses.

In Mauritania, do not ask for relief from bankruptcy in court: they will sell you, your wife, and your children, as slaves to pay your creditors -- and it is all neat and legal.  If your daughters are under eight, they are sold by weight.  If they are over eight, they are sold as concubines.  Your sons (any age) will be sold to terrorists and forced to wear suicide bombs.  They will set them off if only to get that misery over and take a few of the monsters who reduced them to that with them.

It may all look rather bleak.  That is no reason to think it is the way to do things, just because others are so vile as to do this.

Sorry but I don't share much of your cause and effect, where you blame Obama.  We have serious systematic structural problems that are way beyond his ability to correct...assuming he even had the desire...which it is clear he does not.  He is now buddies to the 1%.

But the alternative candidate is even closer to the $$$.  He will surely continue concentrating the countries wealth and cut social programs supporting the poorest among us. How will he stimulate entrepreneurship without adding debt?  I can't see his austerity ideas as fixing a monetary system failure and the Zionists won't let him.

Faced with a choice of a Chicago lawyer or a vulture capitalist...I do agree with you that the future does look bleak.

While I'm on my soap box, here are a few things I believe we need changed.

  1. Take at least a portion of the monetary system off of the FED debt based system and make it work for the people by funding a smaller government... removing the burden from the people...all citizens.
  2. Make a US Treasury Dollar, equal by law to a Federal Reserve Note for all debts, public and private.  Reduce taxes and give credits for US productive venture reinvestment.
  3. Stop fraud in public office.  Punish those who are taking advantage of their position of authority for political/ financial gain or malicious revenge.
  4. Enforce existing laws and make judges both accountable and liable for wrongdoing in office.  Restore honor in the court and make it less profitable to lie and defraud openly.
  5. Make prosecuting attorneys prosecute white collar and financial crimes in the local communities.
  6. Stop wars.  Stop making war machinery and find peaceful and rewarding uses for the productive capacity.
  7. Stop "war on drugs" while some of our biggest industries are drug companies. Find alternatives to incarceration that have a goal of returning them to productive society, not making them serial, repeat offenders, living entirely in a very expensive detention system.

Toby, I hate to dissent but you appear to try to advance socialism, which never worked and cannot possibly work.  Alexander Solthsenetzin showed that case in "The Gulag Archipelago," a scathing indictment of the abuses to which socialist government always degenerate.

That is why socialism equals the worst possible form of corruption.  The less influential a person is the worse they will be mistreated.

Think rationally.  How do we stimulate the economy?  The answer is to let American businesses do what they do best without oppressive socialism to cripple them and render all their best people permenently unemployable.

Obama's disaster was a calculated betrayal.  If you are not part of the solution, then you are part of the problem.

Rocmike why do all of your aliases go to old questions and answers no one has been on in a long time? AP-Ladydarko does the same thing. Could it be you are the same poster? What a sad lonely life you have.
