Could it be that the blog was just started a few hours ago? You should be able to find it via Google search. i just entered  allantz.blogspot.com and found it without difficulty. Or you can insert http://allantz.blogspot.com/ right into your browser.

If the address is new it can take a couple of days, even weeks, till it is found by different search engines.

I am not getting your question properly. I believe you are unable to log in to your blog to publish new post. If so, you can always log in by clicking Sign In link in upper left corner. Alternately you can type in browser as - http://blogger.com and then enter your Google id. You will be shown your blog. To view your blog just enter http://allantz.blogspot.com/ in browser. Hope it helps.

You need your login and password, because it's a blogspot so basically you could access the blog when you login to your gmail account.

So:

1. Login to your gmail.

2. Type in the address bar of your browser: http://www.blogger.com

Holla... You're in now... Good luck...
