Do you mean Internet access by phone?  If your computer has a phone jack, you can use a phone cord to connect to a phone jack on the wall.  Or you can use a splitter so that both the computer and a telephone can be plugged in.  If your computer doesn't have a built-in modem, you may need to buy an external modem that plugs into a USB port and has a phone jack.
