Well, some temp files would not be deleting because it is creating through some ongoing programs of windows. These programs are necessary for running windows with full functionality, so those temp file will not delete. Anyway, you can use “Ccleaner” tool which will remove all the unnecessary temp files and also remove bad and junk entries from system registry.
