How does metformin 500 mg work to control or reduce type2 diabetes? I have only taken it 3 times. How long before I notice a significant change in my blood sugar? Is 500mg a usefull strength. My blood sugar alternates between 130 and 150.

I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.
