You will need to apply for your  "My Coke Rewards" card.

You need to apply for Medicare if you are not receiving a Social Security benefit.   If you are receiving a Social Security benefit, your Medicare card would have automatically been sent to you.

By the way, Medicare begins at age 65 and not at age 66.
