5 month old with loss of platelets and red blood cells.Is this ITP ?

Our two month old great grand daughter received her 2 month vacination and now something is sdestroying her platelets and red blood cells. At first they called it ITP. Now they don't know. She has doctors from Roaknoke,VA, Duke University and Cincinnati genetic specialists working on the problem.  This week it was disease specialists.  She is now 5 months old and can't last over 8 days without a blood transfusion.  Shehas had two bone marrow tests, liver biopsy and genes tested. Help??
