I assume you're talking about the standard model, not the turbo.

Subaru does not call for maintenence at 50K. However, at 52,500, it calls for:

Oil change, including new drain gasket.

Check & top off fluids. Lube locks & hinges.

Rotate & balance tires. Inspect brakes.

Inspect belts & hoses. Inspect Steering Linkage & Boots.

Check for leaks. Check drive axle & suspension. Inspect exaust system.

Examine all lights. General safety inspection.

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.
