Can a 47 year old woman get pregnant while menstruating?  I was on day two (of which I only have 3 at most), the flow has been light enough for liner's for the last 1 1/2 years yet regular every 29 or so days.

You can get pregnant as long as you get regular periods. It does not depend on your flow of your periods . It depends on the ovulation levels in your body . Get regular check ups from doctor so that you dont miss the chance .
