Sheets of newspaper and scotch tape will work fine (and if you don't want them to look like a certain fast food chain then colored sheets of paper will suffice).. Use your imagination and know that a few seconds after you place it on their noggin's it will be given back in pieces (such is the way of 2 year olds) so, keep that camera ready.
