i am 29 years it has been year back i have left my job i tried to get the job in same field but opeining was not there then i tried several others job but i was not able to concentrate.Today i am in such a condition that i have lost my confidence whether i would able to do job or not which had lead into unhealthy condition in my home where i lose my temper very quickly .plz help me in finding solution where i would regain my confidance again and live a happy life hereafter ;;;;;;;;;;;;;ritesh

Ritesh, first of all dont worry. You join any job with even low salary compared to previous one. I am sure that you would be able to get your confidence back. Then try to find another good job. For that time your mind would be busy doing your work. :)
