TTC with BOTH Fallopian Tubes Blocked

I am a 29 year old Female that was diagnosed with BOTH Fallopian Tubes blocked via an HSG test. I was told IVF was my only option. Considering the outrageous amount they want for it, we have begun to try the Herbal Remedies in which MANY woman by Month 3 are Pregnant or have had a HSG confirm at least 1 tube opened :) Praying to the Good Lord that this is our way. Surgery will NOT be an option as I have read it will create MORE SCAR TISSUE ?!? Hoping for a BFP soon. Baby Dust to ALL !
