Do the 2 Sierra Nevada mountains-Spain and U.S. connect under the ocean?

No, they doooo not.

Much of the land masses are connected to others beneath the Ocean I would assume. 

I figure the Earth is like a big apple that is chewed up. :/

The name Sierra Nevada is Spanish for "snowy range".

I would guess that there are other snowy ranges around the world. 

Nevada the State; borders Mexico. At one time many of the places around Nevada were named by Spanish explorers .

And of course the other snowy range of Mountains is in Spain.

No I do not believe they are connected other than , the fact that all of the Earth is connected in some way.
