The area of the room is 168 square feet.  The area of one tile is 4 square feet.  So you'll need 42 tiles.   Lucky, 2x2 tiles fit exactly into 12x14 feets room.  However, be practical and buy some spare tiles (in case some will brake or damage and keep the rest for the future [replacement]).
