Why 2.0 version quantum resonance magnetic analyzer can't be upgrade to 3.0 ?

Answer:

1). 2.0 and 3.0 version is different circuit board processor.

2).2.0 and 3.0 version is different encryption keys.

So it can't be upgrade.
