Buy a cigarette lighter, connet it's + to a fuse hot wire after the switch and the - to a grounding point behid the facia.

I put my e-cigarette on charge for over 16 hours ... 1st examine the charger. On the charger it should say the voltage output and mili amps... next get your hands on a voltmeter, test the output connector on the charger while plugged in to see if the voltage matches or is a bit higher... if so then its your battery in your e-cigarette not accepting ...
