No. and hospitals are not in the business of distributing it.

You get sperm from a sperm "bank".

I'm quite sure that you are considered underage for this - and rightly so. Becoming a mom sounds really appealing, but at some point you'll realize that knowing who you are is pretty important to - and it's much more difficult to figure that out when there's someone else who depends on you.

My advice? Wait. Study. Get a degree. Start a career - or at least discover what you want to do. Get into a good, healthy relationship & then consider having a child.
