He belongs in that mental hospital. If he goes that far to defy all that is expected of him now he will only get worse later. As nasty as it might sound they are going to have to use electroconvulsive therapy to "reboot" the kid's brain.

The thing is that doesn't always work. They put the kid out cold and give him a dose of anticonvulsive medication, and zap. Usually 3-4 sessions, each a month apart, will help some cases.
