My baby is 11 months and not put on any weight in 7 weeks is this normal, she is feeding fine

If your baby is feeding fine and is happy and content in herself then I wouldn't worry too much.  Keep an eye on her weight gain and if you still have cause for concern then go and see your Doctor.

How do I find the time?

I had a friend whose daughter weighted very little and gained very little while she was 1 year old.  She is now a very healthy 4 year old and still is a small girl but she is just small.

Found my own answer. It is lucite. Good article here. http://www.centurymfg.com/about.html Lucite is the answer. The article is very interesting and gives the reason Lucite was used. The answer was definately not glass.
