Of course just take the prescription bottle with you to the drug screen for verification.

Silky1 is correct. You need to make the screener aware of the medication. It could cause a positive drug test result.

Such Rx meds aren't really an issue when having a drug screen; they test for the metabolites caused by using the drugs being tested for, not really the presence of the drug itself, but you better have a Rx for any controlled drug in your system that they test for.
