I have had depression and anxiety for about 35 years and have been on the majority of medicines and dealt with all types of doctors.  Finding a proactive doctor that will work to get you well is extremely hard, but the difference between a high quality proactive doctor and a lazy, indifferent doctor is like night and day and can make your life much more liveable and hopefully enjoyable.

I have all types of interests -- computers, health, research, diabetes, psychiatric issues and drugs, doing hanyman work, and much more than my depression and anxiety will let me do right now.
