Concerned about family abuse.
About Elma Hoffner:

I am a person that really cares about family. I know of an abusive situation in ny and no one is doing a thing about it. The 16 year old that is doing the abuse just gets a slap on the hand every time the st police are called and he should be taken away from the family. I am concerned about the 14 year old daughter. He has abused her on many occasions.
