wow, I suppose it could, since it is meant to shrink hemmoroidal tissues... Testicular skin is a similar type of tissue. Did someone actually do that? Lol, that's nuts!! ;)

Not really serious, just means your blood/body is iron-deficient. You may need to take iron pills or eat more iron-rich foods than you normally would.
