It is, and always will be a private, family owned business.  We are licensed, insured and bonded as direct lenders and brokers in the states of Florida, and Georgia through both the Florida’s Department of Financial Services, and The Georgia Department of Banking and Finance.

                The owner, and principle broker, Steve Avrus has been in the financial & mortgage industry in Florida for 35 years.  Avrus Financial has earned a respected position and maintains a solid relationship with some of the largest lenders in the mortgage arena today.  We also have a solid and respected reputation with our Title Companies & Appraisers to ensure accurate and prompt service. Our loan officers and associates are educated and knowledgeable in the latest and most up to date mortgage information and provide our customers with a wide range of financial products to meet their needs.  These products include but are not limited to Fannie Mae first mortgages as fixed rate and ARM. We are also authorized to originate FHA and VA loans also as above and also private hard equity loans.
