I'm a big Obama fan and Craig David fan -- and write to them and about them all the time. They both put up with me and appreciate my help at times. At other times, I'm sure they find me a pain in the butt; however, they are both very nice to me because I wrote to them before a lot of people knew who they were. I simply wrote to them, and had no idea really who they were at the time. Then, I wrote to ask about them if I could help them by writing for them, and I just got to know them over the last year.I'd love to get to know you too. I have many friends online and in life. I lived in Hollywood Florida for 30 years, but I'm back in my homewown of Indianapolis, Indiana ... and sick in bed for the most part. so, Hello and welcome to my page. I'm a 55-year-old ex-language arts teacher, journalist, writer, actress and dancer. I read about 20 books a month and write blogs on livevideo.com and myspace.com. I love music, family, spitiuality, politics and photography. I'm a proud grandmother of two adorable kids, a 5-year-old girl, and an 8-year-old boy. My daughter is a gorgious 40-year-old and yes, I said 40. I dropped out of school at 15 in 1968 after giving birth to her during my freshman year of high school. Until she turned 18 years old and moved to California with her Marine husband, I worked in the enertainment business and a lot of different jobs. Once she moved away, I moved into a house with three roommmates and lived very cheaply, so I could return to school at 35 years old. I earned a BS in journalism, a BA in English, minored in creative writing and American literature. Then decided to teach high school instead of writing news, and returned to get 30 credits in education and became Florida State Certified in English 8 through 12. I have credits toward a master's degree in education too. I taught school until I was in an accident in 1998 and have tried to return to work, but after the accident I became extremely ill due to the fact that I already had Lupus and fibromyalgia before the accident, and at 48 years old, I couldn't bounce back. Anyway, I'm a happy Obama supporter, and I am also a happy blogger on livevideo, blogger, myspace, and often write comments and have a webpage on washingtonpost.com, thenewyorktimes.com and yahoonews. I used to answer questions on askme.com, as an expert on writing -- and became the #2 expert in the country in 2001. Unfortunately, that is not the ask.com that is out now,but I answered hundrds if not thousands of questions on the one that was online until 2001. If you have writing,mostly poetry or stories, and would like me to comment on them -- or give you any tips on them -- I will gladly give you honest answers or tips. Since my accident, i have trouble spelling and typing sometimes, so please excuse my mistakes and I will overlook yours. Thank you for reading this.
