polyneuropathy...from chemo...i realize that dead nerves are "dead" but any help/advice for relief, prevention of getting worse, any advice would be deeply appreciated

lasikplus.com..had aprox 700/700 before lasik...done 8/20/08...now 40/40 aprox..had mono "enhancement.10/20....now dom. eye aprox 30/30, so now need glasses to correct this ..is this common? both ...
