Don't go into a restaurant and ask that. It is a bad idea, but you can ask the local Fed Ex or UPS delivery person. They will know which restaurants are clean and which are not.

Thanks, but I don't think that's it either. I think you are thinking of Is "Is There Anybody Out There?". The song I am looking for is more of a pop song.
