recently got an estimate for a window motor replacement. The estimate was for 175. and the bill was 247. No notification as to the additional. What can I do?

Asked: Estimate less than actual by 1/2

My estimate was $70 less than the actual bill. I got no notification that it was going to be that much different. Am I required to pay the additional?
